Following a car crash in october 2008 I was fined €1200,which I paid,and was sentenced to 22 days community service. I had returned to my apartment in Spain 3 times during 2009 but when I arrived in …. airport on …. I was arrested as there was a warrant because there was an additional fine of €400 for damage to the car about which I knew nothing.
I was told to appear at Justicia the next day .I was told to pay the fine which I did and to go to Servicio Social Penitenciario in …… to arrange timing for community service. I went the next day but was told it was closed until after new year. I had to return to Ireland on … and attempted to contact them by telephone only to be told that there was no one there who could speak English. I have an address in Spain but do not visit too often. I am not in a position to spend 22 days at one time in Spain. How can I arrange to do community service and over what period in order to complete the sentence and avoid this happening again?

In this interview you will be informed about the existing places of work, its duties and working hours. You also can make your own proposal. The 22 days can be shared in different periods.
